Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me! Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another of equal value or returned for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping return costs. Returned items must be sent in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, and in its original packaging.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. To receive a refund or replacement, include photos documenting the damage.

Shipping

Items purchased on my website ship via USPS to US addresses only. In stock items ship in 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Please contact me  if you need expedited shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Wisconsin sales tax will be added to all orders that ship to Wisconsin addresses.
