Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me! Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another of equal value or returned for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping return costs. Returned items must be sent in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, and in its original packaging.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. To receive a refund or replacement, include photos documenting the damage.

Shipping

Items purchased on my website ship by USPS Priority Mail to US addresses only. Please contact me if you need a different shipping option. If you live outside the US or need a different shipping provider (UPS, Fedex), additional shipping charges will be applied based on the location or provider. Additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Wisconsin sales tax will be added to all orders that ship to Wisconsin addresses.
